Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MinecraftAfkBots (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

MinecraftAfkBots provides a cloud-based platform for managing Minecraft bot connections, including but not limited to automated gameplay features, account management, proxy routing, macro recording, action automation, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Discord to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services

MinecraftAfkBots connects to third-party Minecraft servers that are not owned or operated by us. We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any third-party server operator. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms and policies. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your interactions with third-party servers, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, or data loss.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers before changes take effect on their next billing cycle.

7. User Content and Data

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display any content, data, or information you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service, solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but acknowledge that we may collect, aggregate, and use anonymized or de-identified data derived from your use of the Service for any lawful purpose, including analytics, product improvement, and research.

8. Data Collection and Usage

You acknowledge and consent that we may collect, store, process, and analyze data generated through your use of the Service, including but not limited to: account information, usage patterns, connection metadata, bot configurations, chat logs, gameplay data, device information, IP addresses, and any other data transmitted to or through the Service. This data may be used for operating the Service, improving our products, generating analytics, ensuring security, enforcing these Terms, and any other lawful business purpose. 9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of MinecraftAfkBots and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MinecraftAfkBots and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MinecraftAfkBots and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MinecraftAfkBots operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
