Payment methods
MinecraftAfkBots accepts a variety of payment methods so you can subscribe easily from anywhere in the world.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following methods through our secure payment processor:
- Credit / Debit Cards -- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal -- Pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account
- iDEAL -- Available for customers in the Netherlands
- Bancontact -- Available for customers in Belgium
Note:All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details on our servers.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you first subscribe. You can view your next billing date and payment history in the dashboard.
Updating Payment Information
To update your payment method or card details:
- Log into your MinecraftAfkBots account
- Go to your account settings
- Click on the billing section
- Update your payment method
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge a few times over the following days. You'll receive an email notification about the failure. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused until payment is resolved.
Tip:Make sure your card is not expired and has sufficient funds. If your bank blocks the charge, contact them to whitelist our payment processor.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee if you're paying from a different currency.
