Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with MinecraftAfkBots. If the service does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, you may request a refund if:

• Within 48 hours - You request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
• Service issue - A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service as intended and we are unable to resolve it.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not issued in the following situations:

• You have used a significant portion of the billing period.
• The server you are trying to connect to blocks bots or proxies (this is a server-side restriction, not a service issue).
• You violated our Terms of Service.
• You requested a refund after the 48-hour eligibility window.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@mcbotpanel.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Cancelling instead of refunding

If you simply want to stop your subscription, you can cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling lets you keep access until the end of your current billing period without being charged again.
